Product& Quality

  • All artworks are unique pieces created by me. Prints are reproductions of my original works and are clearly marked as such.

  • Each orginal artwork and Print comes with a certificate of authenticity, which includes details about the piece and a signature confirming its originality.

  • Unless otherwise specified, artwork is sold unframed. If you prefer a frame, please let me know, and I can arrange framing options for an additional cost.

  • With proper care, my artworks are designed to last for many years. If you have any specific concerns, feel free to ask.

  • I take great care in the creation and finishing of each piece, using high-quality materials and techniques. Each artwork is inspected carefully before shipping to ensure it meets my quality standards.

Order & Payment

  • Visa (Credit- and debitcard) MasterCard (Credit- and debitcard), American Express and Apple Pay

  • Artistselique grants a return right of 14 days after receipt of the goods, even for personalized artworks. To initiate a return, please return the goods within 14 days of receipt and follow these steps:

    • Return Request: Please contact me via email at Artistselique@gmail.com to request a return. Kindly provide your order number and the reason for the return.

    • Return Conditions: The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Costs: The return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

    • Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, I will initiate the refund within 14 days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used.

  • Check your spam folder. If it’s still lost, email me and I will find a solution for you :)!

  • For international deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the Customer. These costs are not included in the total price of the order and will be charged by the respective customs office. The Customer is responsible for checking the relevant regulations in their country.

    To get an idea of what to expect, you can use an online calculator like Simply Duty. Keep in mind that these estimates are approximate. Factors such additional handling fees by the shipping company etc. can lead to differences between the estimated and actual charges.

  • All orders are shipped from Switzerland. I ensure that your order is carefully packaged.

Shipping & delivery

  • With Signature:

    With the 'Signature' shipping method, your order will be delivered securely against signature and insured up to CHF 1,500

    Without Signature:

    Without a signature, the order will be delivered as a regular shipment.

  • For orders containing only stickers or postcards, we offer an Envelope Shipping Mail option. These items are shipped in a standard envelope, providing a cost-effective alternative to other shipping methods. Please note that choosing Envelope Shipping means there will be no tracking available, as your order will be sent in a regular envelope. Thank you for helping us keep shipping affordable for smaller items!

  • If your order was damaged during transit, please contact me via email, and I will work with you to find a solution. I take great care in packing all orders, but once they are shipped, I unfortunately have no control over them.

    If it has been longer than the estimated shipping times and you believe your package may be missing, please email me. We will work together to resolve the issue. Missing packages often find their way back to me.

  • If you have any concerns about the quality of your artwork, please email me immediately. Provide detailed information and photos if necessary, and I will address the issue as promptly as possible.

  • Delivery within Switzerland typically occurs within 10 to 14 working days after payment is received. For international orders, delivery time is usually up to 21 working days, depending on the destination country. Once I have shipped out your order you will recieve a “shipped” e-mail.
